Terms and Conditions: Capital Antiques Market Pimlico
Booked sellers and early bird buyer ticket holders agree and understand that all tickets are non-refundable or transferrable in any circumstances.
Vendors selling the outlined goods will be asked to leave and will not be refunded for their stall: power tools, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, illegal substances, stolen goods, food and drink goods, any item deemed to be a weapon - including kitchen knives, counterfeit goods, pornographic material or any material deemed offensive by management. Management's decision is final.
All rubbish and unsold items must go home with you - we do not have a rubbish disposal facility at the site. CCTV operates on site. You will be charged £10 per item that you leave - including boxes. Please bring bin liners for you to take your own rubbish home. Fly tipping and littering are an illegal offence.
The whole site is no smoking both indoors and outdoors. Anyone found smoking on site will be asked to leave the site immediately and without compensation. Vaping is not allowed on site.
All pitches are pre-allocated in a defined area. You have the exclusive right to occupy your allocated pitch until 2.30pm and to be off site by 4pm at the latest. A copy of these terms and conditions is available on the gate of Capital Antiques Market Pimlico and apply to those booking their stalls on the day, online and also buyers entering the site.
Walk courtyard sellers agree to adhere to the strict 4x4m allocated pitch size within the allocated courtyard space. Pitches are given or taken on a first come first served basis. Those with pitches over this size will be charged for an additional pitch at a rate of £10 per pitch. Users agree and have the right to exclusively occupy this space from 9.30am for 'walk ins', until 2.30pm.
Sellers who set up in prohibited spaces (e.g. in front of fire exits) will be asked to move with immediate effect.
If coming in a car to sell you agree to not arrive to queue any earlier than this time or you will be asked to move on - we cannot allow queues to disturb local residents. You agree that you are only allowed one load for each stall.
Sellers and buyers who illegally park on double yellow lines, in disabled spaces, blocking entrances, or in any other manner that management at Pimlico CB Ltd deem to be illegal or inconsiderate to local residents will be denied entry to Capital Antiques Market Pimlico. This decision is final.
Sellers and buyers who chain bikes to residents' railings will not be allowed entry to Capital Antiques Market Pimlico. There is an area to chain bikes inside the site and cyclists agree to dismount upon entry.
Outdoor sellers with vehicle, car or van, to remain on site, agree that they are unable to leave the site until 2.30pm, and after this time that you are unable to leave until a member of Pimlico CB Ltd management has acknowledged that it is safe for you to do so.
We regret that we do not accept entry payment in copper coins.
Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on site - for sale or consumption.
All under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
In case of rain... bring a brolly! Pimlico CB Ltd operates in all weather - come rain or shine! Sellers are permitted to erect gazebos as long as they are correctly weighted. If a member of our staff does not deem the weights to be sufficient you will be asked to rectify this, or take it down.
In the case of very extreme weather conditions and the event that we have to cancel an event, we will notify booked sellers via text or email up to one hour prior to the event - please check prior to the event. We will not cancel unless the school tell us we can not open.
Pimlico CB Ltd does not take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods. Goods bought or sold at Capital Antiques Market Pimlico are at vendors and customers own risk and are not directly linked to the Capital Antiques Market Pimlico. We do not take responsibility for the goods sold.
Pimlico CB Ltd reserves the right to decline entry to anyone at their own discretion regardless of whether an entry fee as a seller or buyer has been already paid, and without refund or compensation.
Animals are not allowed on site. This decision is final.
Stall holders agree to vacate the premises with all their belongings and property by 3pm. Failure to do so will result in overtime being charged to your payment details of £5 per 10 minutes.
Any items left at the end of the sale will be disposed of by 4pm of the day of the sale, without compensation.
The decision of Pimlico CB Ltd's management is final and terms and conditions are subject to change without notification and at any time.
